Products
What's the origin of the cotton used in your products Plus

The cotton used in our products is GOTS-certified and grown as well as spun in Turkey.

Where are your products manufactured Plus

All of our shell fabrics are woven in Sweden at Berghems Väveri. So are our linings – apart from the thin lining used for a few of our products, this lining is woven in Germany. Our shell fabrics are washed in Poland to prepare for printing in Estonia. All of our products are sewn in Estonia. Find specific product details on every product page.

Are your fabrics suitable for upholstery Plus

Yes, our fabrics are heavy weight, durable and well suited for upholstery in any home environment.

Do you offer swatch service Plus

Yes, we do! You can easily order a free swatch on the product page of every fabric, choose the option “swatch” in the length drop down menu.

Does your fabric shrink Plus

All our fabrics are pre-shrunk to minimize the shrinkage in our ready made products & fabrics by the metre. Therefor the average shrinkage you can expect is 3-6%.

What’s the print repeat of your prints Plus

The repeat of our prints differs, please see specific print repeat under “materials & details” on each fabric’s product page.

Are your wash bags lined with plastic Plus

No, as we minimize the use of plastics in our products – all our wash bags are lined with a heavy weight, GOTS-certified, organic cotton.

Orders
Do I need an account to place an order Plus

No you don’t need an account to make an order, you can choose to check out as a guest.

I didn’t get an order confirmation, what do I do Plus

If you don’t receive an order confirmation to your email within 15 minutes (remember to check your spam folder too), please send us an email at team@gyllstad.com and we’ll help you further!

Can I change my order Plus

Once you’ve placed your order, we cannot change the ordered products or quantity. In this case, we suggest you contact us at team@gyllstad.com and we will cancel your order, please note that this is only possible if your order is not yet shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can return your order once you receive it. Once your order is canceled or returned, you can place a new order for your desired items.

Can I cancel my order Plus

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at team@gyllstad.com right away! If your order has already been processed and shipped it cannot be canceled, you can then return your package once you receive it.

What payment methods do you offer Plus

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal, Shop Pay & UnionPay.

Shipping & delivery
What is your shipping fee Plus

Sweden
We offer free shipping by Swedish Postnord, on all orders above 600 SEK, within Sweden. For orders under 600 SEK within Sweden, a shipping cost of 69 to 89 SEK is added, depending on your choice of delivery method. You can choose to pick up your order for free in our Stockholm Shop & Studio at Sankt Paulsgatan 14. Any freight cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address.

Europe
We offer free shipping on all orders above 200 EUR within Europe. For orders below 200 EUR a shipping cost of 12 to 16 EUR is added, depending on your choice of delivery method. Any freight cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address. Any customs fees or local tax is paid by the customer.

Worldwide
On all international orders outside Europe our standard shipping cost is 30 USD. We also offer Express delivery by DHL at 55 USD. Any shipping cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address. Any customs fees or local tax is paid by the customer.

Can I come by your Stockholm store to pick up my order Plus

Yes, you're more than welcome to collect your order from our store at Sankt Paulsgatan 14, with no shipping cost.

What are your shipping methods and delivery times Plus

We pack your order within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time within Sweden:
1-3 business days with Postnord or DHL freight.

Pick up in our Stockholm Shop at Sankt Paulsgatan 14, within 1-2 business days.

Worldwide delivery time: 3-10 business days with Postnord + local delivery partner or DHL.

Do you ship to my country Plus

We aim to ship worldwide, however there are countries we are unable to ship to. If we cannot ship to your country, you’ll be notified when registering your address at checkout.

Where do you ship from Plus

All orders are shipped from our Stockholm shop & stockroom.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes Plus

Within the EU, all orders are delivered with taxes and duties included in the price shown at checkout. For orders outside the EU, we are unable to advise if you will have to pay any taxes or fees locally. For information regarding additional fees issued by your local government, please contact your national customs office.

What if I don’t receive my order within the estimated delivery time Plus

If your order appears to be late, please reach out to us at team@gyllstad.com and we’ll check the status of your order. If you have a tracking number, we ask you to contact the courier in the first instance.

Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy and how do I make a return Plus

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at team@gyllstad.com and we will send you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will equal your original shipping cost, which depends on your location. You are also welcome to make your return, free of charge, in our Stockholm Shop at Sankt Paulsgatan 14. You may return any unused and undamaged Gyllstad product within 14 days from receipt of your order. Any product identifiers or tags must still be attached. Please note, that fabric by the meter, cannot be returned or exchanged. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Pack your products properly so they can travel safely back to us and drop your return package off at your local Post Office or courier service point. As soon as your return is received and registered in its original condition, your product cost minus return cost will be credited to your account and we’ll send you a notice. It may take up to 5 bank days before you can see the credit in your account.

I’ve received my order and want to make an exchange, how can I do that Plus

If you’ve received your order and want to make an exchange of a product – you’ll need to make a return and place a new order for the desired product. Please note, that fabric by the meter, cannot be returned or exchanged.

I’ve made a purchase at one of your retailers, can I make a return/exchange with you Plus

If you wish to return, exchange, or claim a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store where you originally made the purchase. The return policy of that specific retailer will apply.

I’ve made a purchase online, can I make a return/exchange in your physical shop Plus

Of course, you’re very welcome by our shop at St. Paulsgatan 14 in Stockholm - we’re happy to help you in person!
