Shipping cost
Sweden
We offer free shipping on all orders from 600 SEK within Sweden. For orders below 600 SEK, a shipping cost of 69 to 89 SEK is added, depending on your choice of delivery method. Any shipping cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address.
European union
We offer free shipping on all orders above 2200 SEK within EU. For orders below 2200 SEK a shipping cost of 160 SEK is added. Any shipping cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address.
Worldwide
For orders shipping outside of the EU a shipping cost of 200 SEK is added. The shipping cost is automatically added at checkout, as you register your delivery address. The customer is responsible for VAT, fees and taxes. If you have any further questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra fees for any customs clearance.
Delivery
All orders
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You can choose to have your order delivered or to pick it up in our Stockholm Shop & Studio at Sankt Paulsgatan 20. All delivery options are shown at check out. If there is any delay of your order dispatch, we will contact you by e-mail. Please note that before Christmas, during July and during campaigns our delivery time may increase a bit. All orders are shipped by Postnord, DHL freight or DHL Express. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with information on how to track and collect your package.
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at team@gyllstad.com. If your package is damaged when delivered, please point this out to the carrier and then contact customer service at the courier directly. Save all packaging. Orders cannot be redirected once they are dispatched. Ulrika Gyllstad AB cannot be held responsible for any delays depending on a third party. In the case that any technical errors regarding stock or price occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will then be notified and the money will be credited to your account.
Sweden
Total delivery time for orders within Sweden are 1-4 business days.
Worldwide
For orders outside of Sweden delivery time is normally 3-10 business days depending on your delivery address.
Returns
Policy
You may return any unused and undamaged Gyllstad product within 14 days from receipt of your order. Any product identifiers or tags must still be attached. Please note, that fabric by the meter are cut to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pack your products properly so they can travel safely back to us. As soon as your return is received and registered in its original condition, your refund minus the return freight cost is released back to your account. It may take up to 5 bank days before you can see the credit in your account. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Within Sweden
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at team@gyllstad.com, and we will send you a return freight label. The return freight cost is 69 SEK. You are also welcome to make your return, free of charge, in our Stockholm Shop at Sankt Paulsgatan 20.
Outside of Sweden
We do not offer free returns, the cost of the return freight is paid by the customer. If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at team@gyllstad.com to inform us about your return and receive our return adress. Drop your return package off at your local Post Office or DHL service point.
Taxes, VAT & import duties
Orders within the EU
For orders sent to a consumer resident in an EU Member State VAT (25%) is included in the price.
Orders outside of the EU
For orders outside the EU, VAT is not included. You may need to pay VAT, import duties, and taxes. These are applied when the package arrives at the local customs in the country of delivery. We are unable to advise if you will have to pay any VAT, import duties or taxes. For information regarding additional fees issued by your local government, please contact your national customs office. Any local taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer.
