By completing a purchase with Gyllstad you agree to our terms and conditions. Please be aware that this agreement might change. A new version will then be updated on www.gyllstad.com and take effect on all orders placed after the new version is posted.
SECURE PAYMENT
Secure payment by Credit Card
We accept credit/debit card payments from VISA, Mastercard Maestro and PayPal. Payments to Gyllstad online shop are handled by Nets and Klarna Payment services. Gyllstad AB doesn´t handle any data related to the payment; the payment information is communicated between Nets Payment Service and the bank only. All information is sent through Nets or Klarnas secure online payment gateways. Your card is charged as you have placed your order online and go through the checkout counter. You will then get a confirmation receipt. When your payment is confirmed your order will be dispatched via DHL. Once you have paid for your order it is not possible to cancel or edit your order.
Slice your payment or pay later
You can also choose to slice your payment or pay later by invoice via Klarna. These options are valid only when shopping from Sweden. For more information and terms, please visit Klarna.
Pay by Paypal
You can choose to pay either with your PayPal account or with a credit card connected to your PayPal account. For more information on PayPal, please visit PayPal.
Taxes & Duties
Gyllstad.com ships to Sweden, EU, USA and ASIA. Prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Any duty or toll is paid by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
If you wish to make a return, please send us a mail at [email protected], and we will send you a return freight label. The freight cost for your return will equal your original freight cost. You may return any unused and undamaged Gyllstad product within 14 days from receipt of your order. Please note, that fabric by the meter cut to order, cannot be returned or exchanged. Any product identifiers or tags must still be attached. Please note that your original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Pack your products properly so they can travel safely back to us and drop your return package off at your local Post Office or DHL service point. As soon as your return is received and registered in its original condition, your refund minus original freight cost and return cost is released back to your account. It may take up to 10 bank days before you can see the credit in your account.
Reclamations
If you receive any inaccurate or damaged products please contact us as soon as possible within the 14 days, and we will help you arrange a free return. Replacement or refund of a defective product will be sent free of charge. Before sending any items back to us please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will give you further instructions.
Liability & product details
We guarantee that all Gyllstad products are manufactured with care and skill. The products are displayed in their true colours and all sizes and measurements are as accurate as we can reasonably make them. How colours appear on your screen though, is depending on your computers display monitor. Any small dots in the cotton fabric comes from the cotton seed coats and is a part of the natural beauty of unbleached eco-cotton. This is not considered as a fault in the fabric.
